Senior Program Manager (Ethernet/Connectivity): Leading end-to-end project management for complex, cross-functional technology projects within Ethernet and Connectivity domains with an accent on planning, execution, and delivery in an Agile environment. Location: This is an onsite role based either at Mount Laurel, NJ or Philadelphia, PA.
Compensation: $86,900-$203,800 annually.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management, including scope definition, scheduling, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and progress reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, QA, vendors) and remove roadblocks.
- Support Product Owners in managing expectations and stakeholder communication.
- Utilize Agile tools (e.g., Rally, Jira) and practices to manage projects effectively.
- Act as the single point of contact for project status and facilitate meetings.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience managing multiple projects and workstreams for the Ethernet and Connectivity domains.
- Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and documentation.
- Ability to communicate updates on major milestones and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships, client management.
- Competency with MS Office suite, Jira, and Smartsheet.
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate risks and collaborate with development teams.
