Salary: $145,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic staff and providers.
• Tailor communication to suit various audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Proactively address concerns and objections raised by stakeholders.
• Regularly monitor communication channels and documentation to identify potential operational gaps.
• Oversee the program’s Profit & Loss statements to ensure budgeted profitability targets are met or exceeded.
• Identify and implement new growth initiatives to contribute to program revenue increase.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years total, with a minimum of 3-5 years in program management or a similar role.
• Experience/knowledge of the pharmacy space is required; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in oncology is required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in analyzing financial data and driving program growth through data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in operational oversight, with a focus on issue resolution and process improvement.
