What you will do
- Own and lead the entire new revenue function, including pipeline generation, forecasting, execution, and deal velocity.
- Design and implement sales strategies for enterprise segments and accelerate sales cycles for AI-powered enterprise products within regulated industries.
- Hire, coach, and retain high-performing Account Executives, SDRs, and Regional Sales Leaders, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape roadmap inputs, sharpen messaging, and ensure seamless customer handover and expansion.
- Lead strategic deals with C-level executives at financial institutions and guide pricing/contract strategies for high-value partnerships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, driving revenue growth, building teams, and closing high-value, complex deals (ideally in SaaS or fintech environments).
- Proven track record of managing and scaling delivery teams in a SaaS company, preferably in FinTech.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales and delivery models, with a strong grasp of key revenue and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading global teams.
- Ability to navigate complex, enterprise-level customer relationships and drive executive engagement.
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity and decision-making with generative AI tools.
