Location: In-Office in San Francisco / Palo Alto

Salary: $220,000–$250,000 with additional variable components.

hirify.global is building a universal banking assistant powered by its proprietary BankGPT platform to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers.

What you will do

  • Lead new revenue generation, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal velocity.
  • Design and implement sales strategies for enterprise segments and accelerate sales cycles for AI-powered products in regulated industries.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for strategic alignment.
  • Lead strategic deals with C-level executives at financial institutions and guide pricing/contract strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth and closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling delivery teams in a SaaS company, preferably in FinTech.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales and delivery models, including key revenue and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading global teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex, enterprise-level customer relationships and drive executive engagement.
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity and decision-making with generative AI tools.
