What you will do
- Lead new revenue generation, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal velocity.
- Design and implement sales strategies for enterprise segments and accelerate sales cycles for AI-powered products in regulated industries.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for strategic alignment.
- Lead strategic deals with C-level executives at financial institutions and guide pricing/contract strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth and closing high-value, complex deals.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling delivery teams in a SaaS company, preferably in FinTech.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales and delivery models, including key revenue and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading global teams.
- Ability to navigate complex, enterprise-level customer relationships and drive executive engagement.
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity and decision-making with generative AI tools.
