TL;DR

Focus on establishing clear standards for deal advancement, improving forecast accuracy, and driving accountability in pipeline hygiene.

Location: This position requires working from the Austin, TX or Tempe, AZ offices.

What you will do

  • Define and enforce opportunity stage entry/exit criteria and establish deal inspection frameworks.
  • Identify and eliminate poorly qualified, stalled, or aging deals and optimistic forecasts.
  • Own forecast methodology and call discipline, standardizing forecast categories.
  • Lead or co-lead weekly forecast calls with Sales leadership and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Design and run pipeline councils, ensuring reviews are forward-looking, decision-oriented, and action-driven.
  • Partner with Revenue Intelligence, Analytics, Systems, and Data teams to translate execution issues into process improvements and clear operating guidance.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of total professional experience.
  • 4–6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • Experience supporting Direct Sales Teams and/or Channel organizations.
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent executive communication — written, verbal, and storytelling.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Clay, Scratchpad, and ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with tools like Anaplan, routing platforms (Leandata), or forecasting tools (Clari).
