Salary: $143,000 to $210,000

What you will do

• Support complex corporate transactional matters, including M&A, strategic investments, and capital markets transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review transaction documentation, providing advice on deal structuring and strategy.
• Partner with Corporate Development and cross-functional teams to execute transactions and enable successful integrations.
• Support legal and other departments in the management of post-closing obligations.
• Work collaboratively to prioritize business objectives and support overall company success.
• Work efficiently with outside counsel and support other internal legal initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant transactional experience, with a focus on corporate transactions, M&A, and securities.
• In-house experience at a high-growth tech or publicly-traded company, with relevant prior experience from a top law firm.
• Ability to operate autonomously on corporate transactions and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build interdepartmental relationships.
• Excellent drafting, project management, and legal interpretation skills.
• J.D. degree & membership in at least one state bar (New York, New Jersey, California, Washington D.C., or Washington preferred).
