TL;DR
Director - Customer Success (RPO Projects): Collaborating across business development, solutions, and operations to ensure effective strategy and structural build-out for RPO projects with an accent on achieving client expectations and instilling loyalty and confidence. Focus on advising on operational solution designs, aligning reporting with SLAs, and developing workflows for all phases of client partnership.

What you will do
- Review and approve operational solution designs.
- Serve as an operational best-practices advisor to the sales team.
- Partner with the commercial team during client negotiations and proposal development.
- Facilitate alignment between reporting and operations teams on content, frequency, and distribution of deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear role accountability.
- Define and gain alignment on key engagement KPIs and SLAs and develop workflows for all phases of client partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience.
- Ten years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience partnering with sales for pitches and solution designs.
- Understanding of small to large sized solutions, revenue and pricing models, and P&L’s.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, strong customer and results orientation.
- English: B2 required to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with clients.
