What you will do

• Align sourcing activities with recruiter needs and workforce plans.
• Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework.
• Manage candidate relationship management strategies to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and facilitate effective searches.
• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum C1 command of the English and German languages.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs.
• Be a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in RPO environments.
