What you will do
- Align sourcing activities with recruiter needs and workforce plans.
- Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework.
- Manage candidate relationship management strategies to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community.
- Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and facilitate effective searches.
- Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
- Minimum C1 command of the English and German languages.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs.
- Be a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

- Previous experience in RPO environments.
