What you will do

• Assist in business development and research mapping strategies for partners and consultants.
• Create research ideas, manage candidate research projects, and support search strategies.
• Generate target company lists and identify potential candidates using various tools.
• Manage online job board postings and resume searching for candidate sourcing.
• Prepare company overviews and maintain data quality in the CRM.
• Actively participate in designing search and business development strategies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree with a graduation date of Spring/Summer 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
