What you will do

• Prepare company overviews and develop target lists for business development meetings.
• Identify potential candidates using online and proprietary tools.
• Call companies to determine organizational structure.
• Manage and update confidential candidate records in the proprietary CRM.
• Support business development strategy and market intelligence projects.
• Develop a full understanding of internal client search and research needs.

Requirements

• Must have an undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution.
• Genuinely interested in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics/needs.
• Ability to quickly learn industry fundamentals and understand criteria for success.
• High Emotional Maturity Quotient (EQ) and sufficient conceptual/analytical skills.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and manage time effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially telephone skills, and professional presence.
• Understanding and appreciation for the strict confidentiality of client and candidate information.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis).
