What you will do

  • Deliver job architecture and career framework workstreams within broader transformation programmes.
  • Conduct job analysis and work measurement activities.
  • Design job families, levels, and career pathways aligned to organisational strategy.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to gather insight and validate design outputs.
  • Facilitate structured working sessions and workshops focused on work and career architecture.

Requirements

  • Strong Work & Career Architecture expertise – Experience in job architecture, job families, or career frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset – Comfortable working with complex job and organisational data.
  • Attention to detail – Able to maintain rigour and consistency across frameworks.
  • Client-centric approach – Focused on practical, implementable solutions.
  • Clear communication – Able to explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
