Program Manager

Location: Hybrid office + remote + onsite in Cupertino, CA, with a weekly commute to clients in the South Bay/Peninsula.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Initiate new projects, including client discussions, needs assessment, scoping, and proposal creation.
• Support custom software projects with a growing team of developers, designers, and systems engineers.
• Enable successful collaboration between developers and clients, facilitating communication and meetings.
• Maintain an overview of 8-10 client projects, tracking budget and development progress.
• Participate in strategic planning for process and resource improvements.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in program/project management, engineering, account management, or consulting.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems and propose solutions with consideration of all ramifications.
• Willingness to commute weekly to clients in the South Bay/Peninsula.
