What you will do

• Drive execution for major cross-functional programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Employ advanced forecasting, risk management, and intake strategies to mitigate delays and dependencies.
• Quickly understand the scope, requirements, and risks of programs, diving deep into technical and operational details.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Product, and Engineering for strategic alignment.
• Adapt to change and iterate quickly, recalibrating plans, processes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Leverage technical fluency to guide teams, establish best practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management with a proven record of managing complex cross-functional programs in a tech-driven environment.
• Deep background in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and strong technical fluency, particularly with infrastructure systems (e.g., cloud technology, AWS, networking).
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic frameworks and standardize processes for high-impact delivery across multiple programs.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with a strategic mindset, able to drive multiple programs to successful completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
