Salary: $92,800.00 – $139,200.00 USD

What you will do

• Accountable for understanding customer needs and translating them into features for mobile application product lines.
• Partner with Marketing and Program Management to define and execute the product roadmap for Digital Health.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer, system, and product software requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, leading and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Support the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software solutions across various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant work experience or Master’s degree.
• Experience in product ownership, software development, product delivery, project management, and/or business analysis.
• Experience working with software-based products (Mobile, UX/UI, SaaS, IT, or digital platforms).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Location: Must be based in Mounds View, Minnesota, United States of America, working 4 days a week onsite.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments.
• PMP or similar certification.
