What you will do
- Accountable for understanding customer needs and translating them into features for mobile application product lines.
- Partner with Marketing and Program Management to define and execute the product roadmap for Digital Health.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer, system, and product software requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, leading and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Support the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software solutions across various platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant work experience or Master’s degree.
- Experience in product ownership, software development, product delivery, project management, and/or business analysis.
- Experience working with software-based products (Mobile, UX/UI, SaaS, IT, or digital platforms).
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Location: Must be based in Mounds View, Minnesota, United States of America, working 4 days a week onsite.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments.
- PMP or similar certification.
