Location: Remote (US - New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle) or Hybrid (US - San Francisco). Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time and be based in these cities. For candidates with a primary residence in the greater SF area, this role will follow a hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week from the office.
Salary: $140,400–$224,250 USD + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Define and own the personalization strategy for all key segments, including both geographic and demographic.
- Manage the Localization/Internationalization (L10N/I18N) Platform, ensuring global readiness and expansion.
- Collaborate with Design Research to spearhead efforts in investigating and prioritizing consumer expansion into new locales.
- Implement and optimize Explicit/Implicit Language of Preference logic for tailored experiences.
- Drive Translation Quality Assurance processes for high-quality, culturally sensitive product experiences worldwide.
- Lead Feature Prioritization for New Locales/Specialized Segments, ensuring feature parity and compliance.
- Partner closely with Core & Personalization Product, Engineering, Data Science, Content, and Legal teams for roadmap execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years in consumer applications.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products that scale globally and address diverse user segments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time and be based in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle (remote) or San Francisco (hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience launching personalized content experiences for kids.
- Deep understanding of L10N/I18N (Localization and Internationalization) platforms, workflows, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing products focused on content delivery in multiple languages/locales.
- Experience in the digital health, wellness, or consumer subscription (D2C/B2C) sectors.
