TL;DR
Technical Product Owner (Medtech): Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to deliver industry-leading software applications with an accent on documenting, analyzing, and agreeing on requirements for engineering teams. Focus on translating product roadmaps to features, leading Scrum ceremonies, and transforming business priorities into technical requirements.
Location: While this is a remote role, the selected candidate will be required to physically reside in Chicago, IL or nearby surrounding area.
Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually with a discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Translate product roadmap into actionable features.
- Lead and participate in daily Scrum ceremonies and refinement sessions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and create detailed user stories.
- Transform business priorities into technical requirements, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Communicate technical concepts, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Contribute to and create corporate procedures related to requirement management and system engineering.
Requirements
- Ability to document complex products and systems.
- Thorough knowledge of web-based and desktop applications.
- Experience with medical devices or regulated healthcare industry.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams and authoring features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Working knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI desis.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps/TFS.
- 5+ years of software engineering, product development, or related experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in project delivery role, including Agile development (SAFe).
