Location: Remote - Chicago, IL. Must physically reside in Chicago, IL or nearby surrounding area.

Salary: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Translate product roadmap into features.
• Lead and participate in daily Scrum ceremonies and refinement sessions.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and create detailed user stories.
• Transform business priorities into technical requirements and ensure business objectives are accomplished.
• Write and review requirements, maintaining them across various systems.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation from user needs, business needs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to document complex products and systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in engineering and product development.
• Thorough knowledge of both web-based and desktop applications.
• Experience with Medical devices or regulated healthcare industry.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams and authoring features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps/TFS.
• 5+ years of software engineering, product development, or related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a project delivery role.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding of requirements methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in agile development, SAFe.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and business processes in the medical device industry.
