Location: Remote (US) or onsite in one of the following US cities: New Orleans, Dayton, Ann Arbor, Atlanta, Daytona, Dallas, Chelmsford, Parsippany, or Broomfield, CO.

Salary: $171,500–$185,000 annually

What you will do

• Serve as a product strategy SME, driving and implementing the roadmap for the product portfolio.
• Build relationships with customers to inform the product roadmap and communicate product vision.
• Set product direction to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution for revenue-generating software products.
• Own the portfolio P&L, market segmentation, pricing strategy, competitive landscape, and positioning.
• Oversee a team of product managers and product owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering subject preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in R&D within a software technology organization.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience delivering solutions in Digital Health and Healthcare IT.
• Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
• Strong technical acumen and analytical skills, with deep understanding of Cloud-based delivery models.

• Experience in Healthcare and EMS billing.
