Staff Product Manager (Healthcare Data)

Staff Product Manager (Healthcare Data): Leading the lifecycle of participant (patient/member) data to maintain a pristine "Golden Record" within a core platform, with an accent on defining data ingestion, consolidation, and accurate propagation to internal and external systems. Focus on designing identity resolution, de-duplication, and record-merging logic for critical patient care outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. This role requires work authorization for the United States. Immigration support is available for eligible candidates.

Salary: $169,500–$254,500 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Participant Data Domain, focusing on data accuracy, scalability, and interoperability.
• Translate business requirements from various stakeholders into clear technical specifications and prioritized engineering work.
• Design and own identity resolution, de-duplication, and record-merging logic to maintain a single source of truth.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle tracking of participant records from eligibility to disenrollment.
• Drive integrations with upstream and downstream systems, championing interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR) and compliant consent management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading the definition, development, and evolution of multi-tenant platform systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Agile squads, to deliver large-scale, impactful products.
• Experience building systems that handle sensitive user data and understanding product, technical, and operational considerations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard.
• Experience delivering end user-facing applications and products.
• Experience working within healthcare technology organizations, especially in high-growth environments.
