Salary: $169,500–$254,500 + bonus + benefits

What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Participant Data Domain, focusing on data accuracy, scalability, and interoperability.
- Translate business requirements from various stakeholders into clear technical specifications and prioritized engineering work.
- Design and own identity resolution, de-duplication, and record-merging logic to maintain a single source of truth.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle tracking of participant records from eligibility to disenrollment.
- Drive integrations with upstream and downstream systems, championing interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR) and compliant consent management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading the definition, development, and evolution of multi-tenant platform systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Agile squads, to deliver large-scale, impactful products.
- Experience building systems that handle sensitive user data and understanding product, technical, and operational considerations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard.
- Experience delivering end user-facing applications and products.
- Experience working within healthcare technology organizations, especially in high-growth environments.
