Product Manager (Healthtech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Healthtech): Leads the development and optimization of high-impact features for hirify.global’s Lifelong longitudinal research program with an accent on designing and implementing capabilities for clinical research study management. Focus on combining understanding of clinical research with novel evidence generation approaches to create new experiences for study sponsors.

Location: Hybrid, San Bruno, California. Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Salary: $116,500 - $175,000 (US base salary range)

What you will do

• Lead the development of the Study Experience by defining the vision and roadmap.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, partnering with engineering to build and iterate features.
• Drive alignment with cross-functional teams across data management, informatics, and quantitative science.
• Partner with commercial and customer success teams to define and deliver on specific customer programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager within B2B enterprise SaaS, enterprise data platforms, or health tech.
• Strong conceptual understanding of healthcare data standards such as FHIR, OMOP, and clinical terminologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical research, real-world data and privacy preserving records linkage approaches.
• Experience working with UX to research and design new enterprise workflows.
• Proficiency in utilizing agentic AI tools to accelerate product development.
