What you will do

• Contribute to the CRM and customer lifecycle marketing strategy aligned to business goals.
• Design and manage lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and win-back.
• Develop segmentation strategies using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data.
• Lead end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
• Establish testing and experimentation frameworks (A/B and multivariate testing) to continuously optimize performance.
• Define KPIs and measure CRM performance, including engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Proven experience owning CRM execution across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle frameworks, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
