What you will do

• Support the Lead Strategist in delivering discovery, workshops, and strategy development.
• Lead day-to-day project delivery, client communication, and sprint management.
• Define sales process improvements and support workflow/automation builds within HubSpot.
• Conduct persona development, client interviews, data gathering, and insights reporting.
• Deliver HubSpot CRM training and client enablement.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to scope expansion conversations.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with HubSpot across multiple hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service; Ops Hub a plus).
• Solid understanding of CRM workflows, automations, data structures, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze problems, interpret data, and propose meaningful solutions.
• Experience contributing to strategy and turning ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading client calls.
• Knowledge of inbound methods, conversational marketing, and paid media fundamentals.
