What you will do

• Craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and messaging that differentiate offerings.
• Maintain a deep comprehension of target customer characteristics, needs, and pain points.
• Develop and execute strategic Go-to-Market plans and product launches.
• Become a subject matter expert, developing sales enablement resources and training for GTM stakeholders.
• Own and drive hirify.global’s Analyst Relations strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry analysts.
• Translate analyst insights and market research into actionable recommendations for product strategy and GTM priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a product marketing role for B2B SaaS solutions in finance, fintech, or payments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with public speaking ability.
• Deep customer empathy and strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills and a curious mindset for business and market analysis.
• Demonstrated track record in creating and executing GTM strategies and deliverables.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
