What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality eLearning content and supporting materials using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders to lead design sprints, manage timelines, and align learning strategy with business goals.
• Define success metrics, evaluate learning plans, and manage course setup, updates, and reporting within the LMS.
• Ensure quality assurance for course functionality and usability, staying current with e-learning tools and trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Proven experience building end-to-end eLearning, blended, and VILT/ILT solutions.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate), video/audio tools (Camtasia), and multimedia tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing).
• Strong writing, storytelling, and information design skills to translate complex content into engaging learning.
• Experience with LMS administration.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Writing or content development experience.
