What you will do

• Build and maintain custom hirify.global demo orgs tailored to prospects, verticals, and use cases from discovery to presentation.
• Recreate customer content like playbooks, battlecards, and training docs into authentic hirify.global-native formats.
• Design topic structures, Spek libraries, and learning paths reflecting real team workflows.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering and Account Executives to scope business needs and translate discovery into org design briefs.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to generate, adapt, and scale content creation efficiently.
• Own visual quality, structure reusable templates, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Remote from Mexico
• Background in instructional design, sales enablement, solutions engineering, or related technical field with AI experience.
• Experience building demos, configuring SaaS platforms, or designing customer-facing content environments.
• Strong design sensibility for hierarchy, flow, and user experience.
• High business acumen to understand sales, enablement, and key personas.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and HTML editors; excellent written communication.
