What you will do

  • Generate new demand and qualify marketing-generated leads against established criteria before passing them to account executives.
  • Identify and engage additional buyer personas within strategic accounts via outbound efforts to validate buying signals.
  • Nurture prospect groups using multi-touch tactics and cadences to foster meaningful interactions.
  • Manage account information, prospecting, and qualification activities within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with aligned sales teams and coordinate activities within the expanded hirify.global Team.
  • Meet monthly KPIs related to qualified opportunities created and meetings set for sellers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development role.
  • Fluent level of English and French.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with outbound calling and revenue development (preferred).
  • Technical understanding of storage backup and cloud backup is preferred.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Salesforce, or similar CRM and business research tools.
