TL;DR

Senior Account Executive: Driving adoption of AI-enabled law enforcement technology in the MIKO territory with an accent on strategic territory development, product expertise, and market engagement. Focus on cultivating a robust pipeline, collaborating across teams, and crafting tailored solutions for complex accounts.

Location: Remote, must be located in the MIKO territory (Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, or Oklahoma)

Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the law enforcement sector in the Central US and surpass individual sales quotas.
  • Deeply understand hirify.global's AI-enabled solutions and articulate their value to diverse law enforcement agencies.
  • Foster strong relationships with law enforcement, immersing yourself in their challenges, needs, and technology roadmaps.
  • Proactively identify and nurture a robust pipeline of opportunities, aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborate and orchestrate initiatives across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful deal closure.
  • Develop creative strategies and tailored solutions in partnership with internal and external advisors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven success in selling SaaS platforms into net new complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota.
  • Experience within the public sector B2G vertical is required.
  • Ability to handle complex software platforms and personally demo them.
  • Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Proficient in solution-based selling, with experience managing multi-threaded and challenging sales processes.
  • Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
