What you will do

• Develop and execute an engineering roadmap for B2B innovation, launching new features and services.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams (50+ members) promoting agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Ensure scalability, security, and resilience of infrastructure, aiming for 99.99% uptime and cost optimization.
• Spearhead R&D to integrate emerging technologies like machine learning into the B2B ecosystem.
• Deliver on KPIs such as reduced time-to-market, improved system performance, and enhanced client satisfaction.
• Partner with sales and product to translate client feedback into engineering priorities, increasing B2B client retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level) with a history of scaling teams.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering principles, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Experience with B2B platforms, APIs, data-intensive systems, and aligning engineering strategies to business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.

• Prior work in SaaS, Healthtech, or enterprise software companies.
