What you will do

• Lead and manage teams of AI & Machine Learning Engineers to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Own, execute, and iteratively evolve hirify.global’s AI/ML strategy.
• Coach and guide teams in the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI-enabled systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate AI/ML opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the AI/ML organization, encouraging experimentation.
• Communicate AI/ML strategy, tradeoffs, and results with clarity across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI with a track record of leading teams and projects.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to align AI/ML strategies with business objectives.
• Deep technical expertise in ML/AI, including model development, evaluation, and deployment strategies.
• Solid foundation in data and software engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to operate at a portfolio level with strong product and business thinking.
• English: B2+ required.
