Senior Operations Manager, Air (EHR)

Location: On-site in Mountain View, California; requires working five days a week in the office.

Estimated base salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and launch of new customers on Athelas Air (EHR).
• Map customer clinical and administrative workflows and translate scoped needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and prioritize development backlog items.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams, implementation plans, timelines, resource allocations, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Create and improve launch playbooks and templates for data migration, configuration, training, and go-live support.
• Build internal Retool applications, support hypercare, and track adoption metrics and issue-resolution SLAs.

Requirements

• BS/MS in a STEM-related field or equivalent technical training and experience.
• 5+ years of implementation, product operations, or operations experience in SaaS or HealthTech.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs to delivery on time and within scope.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Mountain View, California, five days per week.
