Salary: $170,000–$255,000 USD (yearly)

What you will do
- Design and evolve the full enablement operating model, including field support structure, content strategy, and AI-powered workflows.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on impact and strategic partnership with frontline managers.
- Build data-driven review processes to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve productivity and conversion.
- Create onboarding and continuous development programs to shorten ramp-up time and lift performance across all segments.
- Partner with Product Marketing to build original sales playbooks and training programs for winning habits.
- Own enablement content strategy and lead AI-driven coaching programs using tools like LetterAI and Hyperbound.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role leading enablement teams at a SaaS company.
- Experience at a company of $400M+ ARR (preferably an SMB SaaS company).
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and outcomes tied to specific enablement programs.
- Strong ability to build future vision and activate direct reports.
- Analytical problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and providing radical feedback.
- Deep expertise in hirify.global’s products, buyers, and customers, while staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies in revenue enablement.

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
