What you will do
- Manage daily legal requests and contract workflows, acting as primary administrator for DocuSign CLM.
- Ensure accurate routing, signing, and archiving of contracts, maintaining CLM metadata.
- Perform initial operational reviews of NDAs, procurement, and sales agreements.
- Organize and manage copyright and trademark registrations with external firms.
- Assist in streamlining contract review processes and contribute to legal policies and KPIs.
- Provide operational support to Sales and global teams, clarifying legal request procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, or a contract/paralegal role, preferably in software/tech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or Law.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and DocuSign (CLM & eSignature).
- Exceptional attention to detail to manage high-volume workflows.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse global teams.
- Work from Romania is required.

Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
- Familiarity with Open Source, on-premises, Cloud/SaaS software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or CLOC certifications.
