Location: Columbus, GA or Atlanta, GA - Hybrid 2 to 3 days per week

What you will do

• Execute system configuration tasks based on requirements, plans, and standards using established patterns and templates
• Validate configurations for accuracy and alignment before handoff to minimize rework
• Partner with Onboarding Consultants, Solution Consultants, and Project Managers to meet delivery milestones
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and report on quality metrics
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and data dashboards to improve efficiency and throughput
• Contribute to continuous improvement of configuration workflows and standards

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Technical aptitude for system configuration and software setup
• Strong attention to detail, execution discipline, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow processes, standards, and workflows consistently
• Effective written and internal communication skills
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
• Self-starter able to work independently and in a team
