Legal Specialist (US Law) - FixDrive

FixDrive is looking for a motivated Legal Specialist to help handle legal matters for our US-based company. This role is ideal for both beginners and experienced professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in a growing product startup.

We offer a collaboration format under a Pre-Investment Agreement with compensation - an opportunity to join the project at an early stage and contribute to building and scaling the product.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for company operations in the United States
• Research and interpret US federal and state laws
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents (agreements, policies, terms of use, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legal standards
• Advise the team on legal risks and possible solutions
• Monitor changes in legislation that may affect the business

Requirements:

• Basic or strong understanding of US law and legal system
• Knowledge of how state and federal laws interact
• Ability to conduct legal research and analyze regulations
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
• Willingness to learn and work in a team
• Good written and spoken English

Will be a plus:

• Russian language proficiency
• Experience with startups or tech companies
• Background in contract law, corporate law, or compliance
• Experience working with international legal matters
