What you will do
- Manage localization delivery for UI, sportsbook content, and system messages in 37 languages, resolving issues
- Collaborate with LSP on full cycle: project orders, linguist instructions, communication, reviews, LQA, and feedback
- Coordinate end-to-end production across translation, review, implementation, and release readiness
- Optimize translation workflows in TMS, maintain glossaries, style guides, and terminology
- Run localization QA: linguistic testing, UI fit, consistency; fix bugs
- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate market insights; support automation and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience managing localization workflows for product, software, or web content
- Hands-on experience with localization management systems or CAT tools
- Experience with multilingual releases at scale and working with LSPs (briefing, LQA, feedback)
- Professional fluency in English with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in one other language or understanding of linguistic complexity
- Comfortable with JSON, XLIFF, basic GitLab/version control; technical context
Nice to have
- Experience in betting or iGaming industry
- Experience migrating TMS platforms
- Scripting or automation for repetitive tasks
- Copy-editing or copywriting experience
