What you will do
- Manage and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on their challenges, development, and success.
- Train, onboard, and provide ongoing sales enablement for Account Executives.
- Identify key figures and inflection points in deals, staying abreast of emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal C-level, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Ensure the team runs a tight sales process and report on sales/pipeline to the Head of NA Sales.
- Drive strategic Enterprise sales cycles, building consensus across multiple business units with a consultative, data-driven approach.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions.
- 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales numbers in a competitive market.
- Proven success in closing 6 and 7 figure deals with 9-12 month deal cycles.
- Experience managing teams with a hands-on, value-led approach within complex cycles.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
