TL;DR

Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Managing and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, responsible for driving sales of a GPT-based AI commerce platform with an accent on strategic enterprise sales cycles, negotiating complex deals, and ensuring team success. Focus on identifying key deal inflection points, collaborating with C-level stakeholders, and developing robust sales processes for ecommerce solutions.

Location: Fully remote, enabling you to choose your living location.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on their challenges, development, and success.
  • Train, onboard, and provide ongoing sales enablement for Account Executives.
  • Identify key figures and inflection points in deals, staying abreast of emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with internal C-level, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure the team runs a tight sales process and report on sales/pipeline to the Head of NA Sales.
  • Drive strategic Enterprise sales cycles, building consensus across multiple business units with a consultative, data-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales numbers in a competitive market.
  • Proven success in closing 6 and 7 figure deals with 9-12 month deal cycles.
  • Experience managing teams with a hands-on, value-led approach within complex cycles.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree.

  • Marketing technology experience.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise retail brands.
