Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (US). Staff expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.
Salary: $255,000 - $320,000 USD annually.

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise events, aligning programs with pipeline generation, account engagement, and brand objectives.
- Manage a team of full-time and contracted employees.
- Conceptualize and produce hosted events like executive roundtables and customer summits to support account-based marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to optimize engagement strategies and brand representation.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, staffing plans, and timelines.
- Establish and track event KPIs to measure ROI, inform future strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise event marketing, field marketing, or a related role, ideally at a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Proven track record of executing large-scale conferences, trade shows, and hosted executive events that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams to align event programs with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Strong budget management experience, including vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 40% of the time) for on-site event execution.

- Experience with event technology platforms (e.g., Splash, Cvent).
- Experience building an enterprise events function or program from an early stage.
- Strong network of event industry contacts.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
