What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise events aligned with pipeline generation and brand objectives.
- Manage a team of full-time and contracted employees.
- Conceptualize and produce hosted events like executive roundtables and customer summits.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Creative teams on event strategies and design.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Establish and track event KPIs to measure ROI and inform future strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise event marketing, field marketing, or a related role at a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Proven track record of executing large-scale conferences, trade shows, and executive events.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and managing budgets.
- Comfortable with data and analytics to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI.
- Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 40% of the time) for on-site event execution.
- Genuine interest in AI and responsible AI development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
