Salary: $100,000–$120,000. Eligible for variable incentive compensation with a target incentive equal to 20% of OTE.

What you will do
- Ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction of customer accounts.
- Partner with customers to build a customer journey to help them reach their business goals.
- Produce and deliver web-based and in-person training sessions and strategic reviews for customers.
- Work cross-functionally with hirify.global’s Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to relay customer feedback.
- Develop case studies and resolve product escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4-7 years of customer success, account management, and/or commercial real estate experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy for customers and passion for helping them.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Nice to have
- Commercial real estate background.
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools.
