What you will do
- Grow and accelerate the sales funnel across the region.
- Drive strategic account planning and flawless tactical execution.
- Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting across the region.
- Nurture broad, high-value key client executive relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of regional marketing/sales programs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of world-class enterprise account executives.
Requirements
- At least three years of proven sales team management and five years of direct sales experience within a MEDDICC environment required.
- Strong knowledge of the strategic enterprise customer landscape in the UK and the Nordics.
- Deep understanding of subscription sales models & strategic SW licensing.
- Understanding of SaaS sales and cloud technologies.
- Ability to measure and analyze KPIs using existing analytical tools.
- A university degree.

- Database sales experience.
- SFDC experience.
