What you will do
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy to build and expand a territory.
- Drive revenue growth and acquire new customers within European enterprises.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to close within enterprise and strategic commercial segments.
- Build and test business champions within target accounts.
- Contribute to the innovation of hirify.global's Go-To-Market strategy for an AI-native world.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and grow accounts.
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Skilled in finding, building, and testing business champions.
- Driven and competitive mindset with a strong desire for success.

- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message).
