What you will do
- Identify, research, and qualify potential new customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
- Manage and prioritize pipeline to ensure consistent coverage against sales targets and forecast deals accurately.
- Develop and deliver on account plans using the MEDDPICC Sales Methodology to strategically increase new revenue.
- Conduct effective discovery calls to identify business challenges and demonstrate tailored solutions of the hirify.global platform.
- Partner effectively with internal resources to drive and close business, navigating cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Negotiate contracts with C-suite, finance, procurement, and technical teams.
Requirements
- At least two years of sales lifecycle management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in selling disruptive, complex solutions into medium to large organizations.
- Proven experience in selling into accounts through a top-down executive motion.
- Ability to manage sales cycles up to 6 months with contract values not exceeding $100k.
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound pipelines, with the ability to self-source new opportunities independently.
- Knowledge of the MEDDPICC Sales Methodology and experience applying this framework for successful sales.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, strong negotiation skills, and business acumen.
- Must be based in London, UK and work hybrid, in office 2 days a week.
