What you will do

• Lead the platform experience layer of hirify.global's CNAPP, defining reusable UX and workflow patterns.
• Study security practitioner workflows and translate commonalities into scalable platform conventions.
• Define and lead platform-level metrics such as coverage, data ingestion health, and adoption.
• Instrument the product to detect adoption friction and diagnose customer struggles to ensure sustained value.
• Lead by influence across multiple engineering teams to ensure new capabilities are built with the platform.
• Partner with design, product marketing, and customer success to reduce complexity from deployment through operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or cross-cutting product work.
• Experience in cloud security or adjacent domains (CNAPP, CSPM, CDR, vulnerability management, CIEM, or workload protection).
• Experience working across multiple engineering teams simultaneously.
• Fluency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration.
• Experience defining product-level metrics and using instrumentation and data to make decisions.
