What you will do

• Manage Zühlke’s social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn, and support brand content.
• Co-create and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, short-form video).
• Plan and execute email campaigns, including newsletters and industry communications.
• Build and send campaigns in CRM tools, applying segmentation and testing.
• Support integrated digital campaigns across social, email, and paid channels, including retargeting.
• Track engagement and performance across social and email channels and contribute to monthly reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital content.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media channels and/or email campaigns.
• Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Interest or early exposure to paid media, analytics, or performance marketing.
• Experience in the B2B industry and/or DACH region.
• Understanding of German language.
