What you will do
- Drive adoption and commercial performance of the Fortis Webstore by creating compelling value propositions.
- Identify and oversee alternative revenue initiatives that complement the player experience.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, building “always-on” onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement journeys.
- Design and scale a comprehensive loyalty framework that rewards long-term engagement.
- Manage and optimize our proprietary cross-promotion engine to move players effectively between Fortis titles.
- Ensure the technical health and scalability of our CRM and marketing stack.
Requirements
- Deep expertise across both CRM/Lifecycle Marketing and Product Monetization within mobile gaming.
- Proven experience driving adoption of web-based stores, loyalty platforms, or direct-to-consumer initiatives in a mobile-first environment.
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem and the use of first-party data.
- Demonstrated success leading marketing technology initiatives.
- Experience building and managing segmentation frameworks across multiple channels and data sources.
- Hands-on experience driving SMS/MMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and journey-based campaigns.
