What you will do

  • Develop creative concepts and campaign narratives for global initiatives, from insight to idea.
  • Translate strategy and product truths into simple, distinctive ideas that can flex across channels and markets.
  • Partner with Brand Activation Managers to bring ideas to life, guiding creative direction through to execution.
  • Act as a creative sparring partner for local markets and cross-functional teams to uplift campaign quality and consistency.
  • Help shape the long-term creative direction of hirify.global’s brand platform alongside leadership.
  • Review and elevate agency and in-house creative work, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and ambition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative concept development, ideally within an agency or brand-side environment working on integrated campaigns.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates bold conceptual thinking, storytelling, and a premium creative aesthetic.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into powerful, scalable ideas.
  • Deep understanding of contemporary culture, digital behaviour, and what drives creative cut-through globally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable inspiring and influencing stakeholders across levels.
