What you will do

• Assist in organizing and executing field events, including trade shows, webinars, and meetups.
• Support marketing purchasing processes, ensuring alignment with the marketing budget.
• Manage event registration platforms, track attendee sign-ups, and coordinate communications.
• Coordinate promotional materials and branded merchandise for events and campaigns.
• Support logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
• Monitor marketing budgets for field activities, ensuring expenditures align with allocated funds and reporting discrepancies.
• Compile and analyze data from events to assess performance metrics, attendee engagement, and return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Marketing experience is desirable.
• Software/technology company experience is desirable.
• Process-oriented mindset and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
• Experience or strong interest in working within a fast-paced startup environment.
