What you will do

• Create tailored marketing efforts for local markets, adapting global strategies.
• Develop forward-thinking marketing strategies with various teams (branding, media buying, events, partnerships).
• Influence growth decisions and measure performance using analytical skills and KPIs.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends.
• Create comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives.
• Support marketing initiatives across regions and channels to drive growth.

Requirements

• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university.
• A minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country.
• Prior interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
• Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time availability from April 2026.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience at a well-known, selective non-tech company (e.g., Tier-1 consultancy or investment bank).
• Knowledge of the retail banking industry.
