What you will do

• Create tailored marketing efforts and adapt global strategies to local markets.
• Collaborate with team members to develop forward-thinking marketing strategies.
• Leverage analytical skills to influence key growth decisions and measure performance by monitoring and interpreting KPIs.
• Stay ahead in the field by working on the latest industry trends.
• Improve planning abilities by creating comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives.
• Support marketing initiatives across different regions and channels to drive growth.

Requirements

• Must have graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university.
• Minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country.
• Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
• Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time availability from April 2026.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience at a well-known, selective non-tech company, such as a Tier-1 strategy consultancy or an investment bank/private equity firm.
• Knowledge of the retail banking industry.
