What you will do
- Develop and execute data-informed content for early-career audiences on social platforms.
- Create authentic content showcasing intern and graduate experiences.
- Plan and execute social media, blog, video, and campaign content, refining output based on performance.
- Write engaging copy for social posts, blogs, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers to analyse content performance and share insights.
- Research social media and student marketing trends to shape new ideas and approaches.
Requirements
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field.
- Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- English: Native level required.
- Impeccable written communication skills with a clear interest in copywriting.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Interest in social media, content trends, and creative marketing.
- Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe).
- Comfortable working with data and insights to measure performance.
- Full-time availability from June 2026.
Nice to have
- Experience creating content through internships, student societies, personal projects, or part-time roles.
- An interest in university marketing or campus recruitment.
- Comfortable attending events and capturing content in live settings.
