What you will do
- Own hirify.global’s brand strategy and long-term roadmap, leveraging consumer research and market insights to define positioning and messaging.
- Lead the development and stewardship of the masterbrand and portfolio architecture, ensuring clarity and consistency across product lines.
- Translate high-level strategy into inspiring creative briefs and integrated 360° campaigns, overseeing agency partnerships and production.
- Deliver executive-level storytelling and quarterly brand updates on performance and strategic direction.
- Define and guide celebrity, ambassador, influencer, and strategic partnership frameworks for cultural relevance.
- Partner cross-functionally to align brand, media, and performance strategies for maximum impact, while managing budgets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or brand marketing, including director-level ownership within a high-growth, consumer-facing or digital-first organization.
- Deep expertise in brand architecture, positioning, and research-driven strategy, with the ability to translate insights into actionable direction.
- Strong track record of leading integrated brand campaigns and managing creative agency partners to deliver high-impact work.
- Experience overseeing large-scale creative production and managing brand and talent budgets.
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting strategy to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct people management responsibility.
