Salary: $200,600-$236,000 (Region 1); $182,750-$215,000 (Region 2); $164,900-$194,000 (Region 3).

What you will do
- Build and own comprehensive partner and sports marketing strategy aligned to company growth goals.
- Define tiered partner frameworks, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead brand marketing initiatives and experiential activations through partner collaborations and sponsorships.
- Develop and lead Oura’s sports marketing strategy, including partnerships with Team USA, Team Finland, and the New York Knicks.
- Oversee the end-to-end member-facing marketing strategy for Oura360 products and future add-on services.
- Serve as the senior marketing lead for key strategic brand and sports partnerships, driving cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in partner, channel, brand, or sports/sponsorship marketing in high-growth B2C or B2B2C tech, digital health, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience building partner marketing strategies from the ground up and driving measurable impact on brand, membership growth, and revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional programs.
- Deep experience driving cross-functional collaboration and managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- A data-driven approach to measuring marketing impact and optimizing performance.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with evolving priorities.
