Salary: $250,000–$330,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and set strategy for site of care excellence, education, infrastructure, operations, and care coordination solutions.
• Manage strategic relationships with internal teams and external 3rd-party partners.
• Set strategic direction and execution guidance for customer-facing teams engaging sites of care.
• Lead complex projects and drive execution of product growth opportunities.
• Act as lead for key vendors and business partners, including assessments and RFP processes.
• Develop and execute Site of Care marketing strategy and tools in alignment with overall brand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry with exposure to site-of-care strategy, HCP engagement, or market development.
• Strong understanding of care delivery models, referral pathways, and operational barriers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with various teams (Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Engagement).
• Experience managing complex, high-impact projects in dynamic commercial environments.
• Skilled in building productive relationships with health systems, clinics, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influence capabilities.
