Salary: $130,000–$145,000 annual salary.

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Lead the development of overarching content strategy and content planning, focusing on thought leadership and brand storytelling.
- Oversee multi-format content creation (social posts, videos, blogs) ensuring brand voice and optimizing for reach and impact.
- Drive community engagement, particularly on Instagram, and identify and deploy influencers.
- Lead timely responses to breaking news, crises, and opportunities while optimizing social listening strategy.
- Manage and mentor a social media team, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading social media strategy and content for a major brand or agency.
- Proven ability to scale social media function with corresponding company/brand growth.
- Skilled in multi-format content creation (graphics, blogs, long/short video, podcasts).
- Strong understanding of platform best practices, analytics, and emerging trends.
- Experienced in policy/process development and crisis/social reputation management.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner and influence at all levels.
- Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship.
